Of course I will post a list of all the capitols and it will be open for discussion to make it as balanced as possible.

With Drano in, we have 9. need 1 more for E&S(seems to be close to majority for that one). so I will go ahead and start looking at the Capitols for the game.

What does everyone think of these for capitols? Too few? Too many in the East? perfect?

How about Dresden instead of Warsaw?
And can we not have neutral capitals?

Not having neutrals makes the game more interesting imho... It's not as fun if there is only 10 capitols, 1 for each player. I like the idea of neutrals. I will look at the swap of Dresden and Warsaw later when I have a bit more time

The Dresden-Warsaw swap puts a dangerous amount of Capitols close together.

You'd have Mainz, Rhine, Dresden, Vienna, and Berlin all within 1 or 2 moves of Dresden. Venice isn't much further. If that's what's desired, then it's fine, however, I see it being very difficult for Turkey to stand a chance to win. The 10 capitols nearest him are Con (his), Moscow, Moldavia, Tunis, Rome, Vienna, and then Venice, Dresden, Rhine, and Mainz. He would have to go through 6 powers to collect those (Russia, Prussia, Poland, Venice, Spain, and Austria). It seems like that would be exceedingly difficult.

I do believe you are right drano. Warsaw is probably a better choice for the capitol.
This will be a difficult game for some players, while others may get to a strong start but struggle to finish it off. We will see how this first game goes, and adjust from there shall we?

@Lukas- will 30 be managable for you, or do you really need 36
@any mod happening to look at this- if he says it has to be 36, is it possible for you guys to change the phase length?

In fact I'm fine with that, 36 is just a safety net so that I don't accidentally miss phases.
