BTW, yes, no talk about ongoing games, but only as long as strategy is involved. And in case of no-mesg FoW, no talk about anything that gives information about the current situation. So agreed with the people here.
(except in the part where annon are concerned, since i have revealed myself in the forum in annon games several times, and that only affects people who want to metagame by checking my previous games and thus lear my way of play, which is metagaming in any case, be it annon or not, and should be banned, although is very difficult to prove)

What i try to say apart from all that long bracket, is that, triky, ask the question using general info, not specific, next time. Ie: "Can a mod look at the performance and it's legality of certain country in a annon, FoW game? If so, how do i contact a mod so that he takes a look at it?"
And the rest of you, give the novice a rest.

If you reveal yourself in an annon game then you have to live with the fact that people may know your style of play and tactics...

agree, whenever I start a game, I look at the history of my neighbours. If it was illegal to do then the site wouldn't let you do it by making all games illegal.
