Sure... there is a game I recently joined... a game that a strong power was complaining that a CD country ruined the balance of the game, and was going to let the other strong power win... So I graciously took over the CD country, and upon taking over, I attacked both the strongest powers, weaking them both and making decent gains... upon that move, the player complaining about the CD power begins to complain about me attacking him, and then the other strong power complained that I took 3 of his centers from him and bounced him out of all my open centers, and than threatened to give the other player the win if I didn't draw, something I fully intended to do as soon as the current phase was over(why would I join a game I had no chance to stop the solo in and force the draw?). so the 2 players, one glad to have a CD, one who didn't like it, both set to win, now are threatening me into a draw... Sad really... especially the player who asked for the replacement in the first place.

OMG, and that thread was hilarious too. Yay butterhead.

But heck, if they are gonna force me to draw, free points for me! lol.

also, glad you enjoyed that Sacred. lol. He wanted a new player, he got a new player. he may not like it, but He got what he wanted.

haha, the player I took over for was England, Austria was complaining about the CD, and France threatened me to give Aus the win if I didn't draw... ya know what though, Im thinking, It may be more beneficial just to screw around a bit more and see what happens. I mean, I figured it out, a 5 way draw of the points in the game actually LOSES me 4 of what I bet... hmm...

hi! well, since the austrian player was me, i think i have something to say here:
Before england CD'd, i was going to draw.
When he CD'd, i tried to stop france's solo, and to solo myself (no other way to stop france in the long term)
When you took over england, i voted draw.

So what i wanted is just a player that hitted draw. And you seemed to be wanting to drag the game on to no point (noone could solo unless a big mess or a CD happened). So i complaint about the dragging on, which seemed pointless.
When you answered you just wanted to have a bit of fun before drawing, i aceepted it, and keept playing.
And then, finally, suddenly france throw the game to me. I did not know that france was going to do so, and i don't really think it's the most intelligent thing he could have done.

Any more complains about me?

By asking him to simply come in and press draw, you were asking him to sacrifice points so you wouldn't have to.

+1 Sacred, and +1 butterhead, for realizing that games are for fun, not points.

HAHA, FRANCE THREW THE GAME. reminder to self, don't play with him anymore. Daiichi, my thing was more with the fact that you complained at all, because you never said before I joined, I just want someone to takeover and hit draw. you basically said you wanted me to come in so you could win. Congrats, due to poor sportsmanship from France, you got your win. Im just sad that France was stupid. also, my major complaint was more so that France threatened me with throwing the game if I didn't draw right then... not as much you... also, Germany was an idiot too. had the game continued, I would have insisted we take him out before we draw(I offered him safety in exchange for peace, and despite the fact that he wouldn't get a build, he still attacked me... but no, its more on France, not you Daiichi...

I did not wanted anyone to take over england so i could win, i wanted someone to take over england so france could not win, and we were forced to reach a draw. Check the press, it's everything in there.

And precissely since i don't care about the points and i did not make the maths, i did not know if by joining and drawing someone would win or lose points, but the game would end fairly well for everyone.
And BTW, if england had joined, then we taken over germany, and then draw, as was the original plan before englad CDd, england would have won points (taking germany out of the share)
