@tobi, in gunboats (no in-game messaging, usually also anon) the draw vote, as well as the pause, is just a way of comunicating like s holding your neighbour. If i'm in a gunboat and someone votes pause, i'd vote pause, because that means he wants to go away for a while a needs the pause, but he can't ask out loud. However, i don't draw in games i think i can win. And in any case, i give it a shot, to try and win, and if i get stuck, i can always get back to the draw plan. Drawing or not, however, depends on the player and not on any code of honor. But you should always do what you want to do, and not be forced to do otherwise. This is important, and it makes a good player too. A good player has to know how to avoid being influenced by others.
