How do excused NMRs work?

So on a game I was playing in, it says something around the lines of "1 excused NMR / regain after 5 turn(s) / extend the first 1 turn(s)". So it leads me to believe that you get an excused NMR back after 5 turns, and wouldn't go into civil disorder.

Would it make sense that playing diplomacy is actually a healthy exercise for your brain?

Considering that playing diplomacy, especially in these larger maps, requires you to actually use your brain and think... hard about things.
-About tactical move-sets, deciding between different options.
-Interpersonal skill abilities - the ability to be/become a good, easy person to work with.
-Language acquisition and practice. It is definitely a good skill to be using your brain to think and speak "type" on a daily basis, as diplomacy almost always requires.

There are probably other benefits to playing diplomacy, but one other that I can think of is the practice of analyzation. Critical thinking skills!!!

Diplomacy taught me to be more flexible and calm in resolving conflicts in real life with real people.

Yeah, but mental health is certainly linked to high levels of social trust. Once you learn to see the daggers behind men's smiles, you cannot un-see it. They are all out to get you and just plotting for that moment of weakness when they can stick that shiv into your exposed flank up to the hilt. You have no friends, only transactional associates. Look there, he has turned the lateral side of his torso to you...if you lunge quickly, you can get your blade into his back before he has a chance to react. Its only a matter of time before he tries to do the same to you. Best not take the chance of letting this opportunity slip from your grasp. I mean sure he is your twin brother, but he has clearly been just waiting his whole life to murder you.

Not being a native speaker, playing a lot of full press games in English certainly helped me getting from grade C to A in my English classes in school, next to reading and watching movies in English.

Position within the Diablo 4's five classes

What they won't see is a wide variety of bodies, at least for each class. The Barbarian is strong and muscular for their position within the Diablo 4's five classes. The Sorcerer/Sorceress class looks strong enough to be able to lift books and wands, but they're not nearly as lean and athletic-looking like the Rogue.

The art of scoring from a corner fut 23

The left stick is used to steer the ball. The right stick is used to increase the level. To score from corners, it's preferred to strike the corner in-swinging, using the correct mix of precision and power.

Simultaneous Solos

I’ve just realized that in the games where a solo requires less than 50% of the available SCs, two players could reach that mark at the same time. Does anyone know if this has ever happened on this site and what would happen if it does?

Has anyone ever played diplomacy in school?

I know I myself was ever able to, but some relatives did when they were in school. But perhaps some of the older players here played diplomacy in their history classes. I'm curious if anyone here has and if they have any cool stories to go with it? And maybe it's still used as a learning tool today yet even.

South China Sea Variant

Spring Training

Hey all, just wondering if we have any baseball fans here and if so what are your thoughts as your team starts playing games. I'm a die hard Minnesota Twins fan and am eager to get the season underway. The off season was filled with big money moves and I guess we'll see if those will pay off for the teams that went " all in " and spent.
