GameMaster: Hell-Cats voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I have no chance of beating the combined strength of both of you. I'm offering to concede but am happy to continue playing if that is what everyone wants.

GameMaster: Dead Rabbits voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Three player games have an interesting dynamic. If Pug Uglies continue their alliance with Dead Rabbits then both players will continue to gain centers and I will continue to lose them but Dead Rabbits will reach the required number before Pug Uglies and will get a solo win.
