The Indochina Peninsula in 1955: the beginning of Vietnam War. The countries are North Vietnam, South Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand.

Rules:

1. All provinces connected to the Mekong river are coastal: Xuyen, Mekong, Pakxe and Ubon (e.g. Laos can build fleets in Pakxe).

2. Two provinces have dual coasts: Xuyen and Mekong.

3. All other rules are standard.
