ive always used Chrome and never had issues (both laptop and mobile). If it's purely a Chrome issue, shouldn't everyone using Chrome have it?

Can you make sure, that the issue persists in the latest Chrome version for you and give your browser version and operating system. I might be able to check it out this weekend.

I have the same issue in Chrome, but it only seems to not work on larger maps (i.e. WWIII, Europa Renovatio, etc.) Works fine on classic-sized maps.

I was having issues with chrome and interactive map so I changed to edge and its all good now

It happened to me on chrome in my old mobile but it does not anymore in my new one, still on chrome. So, there are more variables, not only the browser.

I was not able to reproduce this unfortunately. The interactive map worked fine for me in Chrome on all available devices. But as issues occurred several times recently even though the implementation was not touched for years now, it would be nice to find out what is going on.

If the issue persists for some of you, you might be able to help me by checking for error messages in the web console. You can access the console by hitting the F12 key in Chrome and navigating to the "Console" tab in the panel that appears.

Also the information on whether only certain variants are affected can be very helpful. Although this seems to be a general issue for some of you.

Sometimes clearing the browsers cache can help too (I believe there was once a weird Chrome bug that could be fixed by doing this but I have not found any records).

Chrome on Android phones had some issues mit the interface ~ 6 years ago but unless you are browsing on such an ages-old version that should not affect you.

When the functionality was deployed somewhat like 8 years ago it was quite demanding on weaker mobile devices. But that should not be a problem nowadays, especially as a critical memory issue was fixed at some point. Anyway, you can decrease the demand on your device by deactivating the territory-grey-out. That might especially help when you observe issues only in larger variants.

Yes I forget to mention it only occurred in ER. I first thought it was my connection, unable to hold on big maps, until others mentioned the same/similar issue.

Since my connection is still the same -I only changed the device- then I concluded it was maybe a set of factors, with the common ground being the Chrome browser (version?).

No error. I simply lost all orders put in through interactive mode, the IMap simply simply disappeared and I was sent back to zero...

This is not a problem to me anymore...
