basically in the beginning Germany, Britain, and myself (France) tried to make a triple alliance work, but that had trouble out of the gate when all of our Asian colonies got attacked by China. This led me to choose another target in Italy, from this I learned a valuable lesson on Youngstown, Switzerland is vastly important to Italy's defense and he should let no one else (especially France) have it.
Anyway things got even more screwed when Germany left for reasons unknown, but fortunately I was able to find a new Germany in tt, but he promptly left too, which was very unfortunate. :(
At that point, I had to start figuring things out and Japan reached out to me about stabbing Britain, I honestly figured the Japanese would come through the boxes and take over the British rear, so I went for the stab. That backfired on me for two reasons, one: Japan never got around to coming through the box and instead got bogged down in the Indian Ocean and two: Austria decided a Europe divided in French and Austrian spheres of influence was a bad idea and launched his stab on me literally one or two turns after I launched mine on Britain.
At that point I tried to build a coalition to stop an Austrian solo (and save my own hide) but unfortunately no one seemed interested at that time and Italy was somewhat bitter about my earlier conquest of his homeland.
So I basically got tired of the game and its NMRs (which I had hoped would not happen, since I only invited players I considered reliable) a long time ago and was rather happy to see it end (although I wish we could have stopped Austria)

Well, it wasn't so much that Germany would have gone after you, that Russia would have been forced after you. At that point, he would have been unable to attack Germany as heavily fortified as he was, and could only have gone after you. Yes, he wouldn't have been able to do any damage, but that probably would have slowed you down enough to the point where Germany, France, and I would each be considerably stronger.

Perhaps you still would've won, but that would then depend upon Germany's true intentions.

I'll respecify 2nd Germany wanted to stab France. 1st wanted to stay out of a war between me and him. I do agree Russia shouldn't of gone after the CD'd Germany it left him wide open for me to move in. After, all he was being attacked in the easy starting a 2nd war on his west by stabbing me was unwise.

I just got screwed thats all I got

Well, once China stabbed me and it didn't seem likely that Japan was going to counterstab, I decided to work on Austria For The Win, thinking if I let him get big enough, that would be a bargaining chip in the East. Unfortunately, not to be.

Oh lord... ok here is my EoG... that... that was just awful.... that was possibly my worst play ever, and my biggest meltdown, and I just wanted it over from turn 1... as Russia-
I tried to talk to every neighbor I had... Japan didn't talk back, but I chose to try to show him I wanted to work with him by not being aggressive... he returned the favor by taking one of my centers, still not having said a word. I chose to trust him when I shouldn't have, HOPING he would accept my offer even without saying so... no such luck. Then China supports Germany against me, but Germany(who I thought was an ally) didn't attack. then the next turn, Germany attacks me but China doesn't support. at this point I was already irritated by the argument on global about Japan, so I just said screw that front and let it die. I then went after Austria in an effort to make friends with other European powers, who then all attacked me after I blew up in the face of Austria and Italy(Holy and Nemesis) and accused them of metagaming(I knew who they were at this point)... I took my accusations to Oli, and he said that they in fact were not metagaming, so I promptly apologized to everyone. I also had asked him to remove me from the game because it was really starting to get to me and make me act like someone I wasn't, but he refused, so I stuck it out. anyways, so after that Germany went CD, so I started pushing into him to A) try to make a run from my ever-shrinking lands in Russia and B) get them before Austria/Britain did and encircled me... then tt came in, and said I could keep Berlin. then he told me he was taking it back, and I didn't have a choice but to give it back... so I attacked full force. then he left shortly after that and I just finished him off... then I just sat around waiting for the end of a horrible game...

We attacked you Russia because you stabbed me haha. I didn't care what you accused me of.

Plus I stabbed Italy at the end to secure my win. :p Our alliance was only worth something when it benefited me, when that ran up it was over.

No I knew... I figured out who Austria was because we were arguing and I suddenly got another message in another game, and when I checked that one(a non-anon game) you were the only one online, so I put 2 and 2 together on you, then I judged from your relationship with Italy and his jumping to your defense in our argument that he was Nemesis. haha. but I understand why you and India attacked me... I just don't know why England did, but aww well. haha.
