Remember guys, the person who offers the highest maximum will be getting the most bonds... And until we start paying them our profits they have a limited purchasing capacity (and no central bank as a lender of last resort...)

Well, if you keep it just this thread and everything about the game is done through here, the thread will surely stay near the top and easy to find. If you make another thread, I'm thinking that the one with the least talk (buying and selling) may get thrown way down and would take some time to find.

But what about all the chat? The buying and selling will get lost in it all. And remember, an intention to sell bonds by governements is an important clue in the direction of their aggression. For instance, I am not planning on boring any money this year - will this nugget be lost?

Russian, English and Turkish governments will not be issuing any bonds for the 1902 fiscal year, and Austria and Italy have yet to indulge on the matter.

I will at the end of the year, every government has $0 right now and every creditor has $200,000 since its not the end of the year.

given that some people seem to be confused about the matter I want to make this clear:

When governments announce how many bonds they are issuing, these are the bonds that are being auctioned for that turn.

Any private deal a government makes with a creditor will not remove any of those bonds. So in the example above:
Germany issues 80 bonds to be auctioned.
Germany then sells 20 bonds to Creditor A in a private deal. This would not effect the amount of bonds being auctioned.

The bonds that are being auctioned are dealt with by the underwriter (me), governments are to announce how many bonds they are selling at the auction, and then the creditors PM me if they wish to buy.

You don't need to communicate or PM the government if your purchasing their bonds (unless your making a private deal). Just PM me.

I also think its worth mentioning that both the government and the creditor need to message me if a private deal has been made, so that I am aware of the money being transfered.

Otherwise the deal is worth as much as the paper it's written on...

Italy has decided to be self sufficient this year.

Russia would like to declare that once the 150 bonds currently on auction are sold no more will be made available in public auction.

France: 60@10%
Germany: 80@10%
Russia: 150@5%
England, Italy and Turkey will be selling no bonds this year.

No news coming out of Austria.
