GameMaster: Italy voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Nice game. I could have retreated English Channel to London a few turns ago, but you would have killed off that fleet and we still would have drawn. I can't see a way to win as Italy when Germany is as killed player.
