06 Aug 24 UTC Autumn, 1511: GameMaster: Iroquois voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
09 Aug 24 UTC Autumn, 1515: GameMaster: Erie voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

10 Aug 24 UTC No, because you had the lowest rating. I don't know the exact formula, but the higher your rating the fewer points you get.
10 Aug 24 UTC Both Ottawa and Erie opted not to stab me several times despite the opportunity, so I'm happy to draw rather than try to go for a solo. (Which would have been a grind, if it happened at all.)
