21 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1903: Lol, finally. Goodbye cruel world. I figured it was time. |
24 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1904: GG. I hope that you guys enjoy the rest of the game. Except for you Germany. I still don't know why you attacked me and will forever be mystified by that decision, especially in an FoW. |
24 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1904: I have lost as well, rip |
24 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1904: May Albania lie as the last remaining emblem of Austrian power. |
26 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1905: GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat. |
26 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1905: Sorry, wrong button lol |
31 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1906: goodbye all, I am crushed |
31 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1906: oh so it turns out working with Russia and France to kill me while not getting anything in return from either didn't work out? oh no |
31 Oct 23 UTC | Autumn, 1906: Or attacking Austria and getting only Vienna... I did try to warn you it was a bad idea. Live and learn I guess. |
01 Nov 23 UTC | Spring, 1907: I'm dying too. Meh |
02 Nov 23 UTC | Good game y'all, I'm dead. |
02 Nov 23 UTC | GG wp to all, you fought well Turkey |
04 Nov 23 UTC | GG wp, fun game with the fog of war! |
04 Nov 23 UTC | Nice win Russia |
04 Nov 23 UTC | Great game. |
04 Nov 23 UTC | You were a fun negotiator and opponent Turkey. Is this your first game ever or just the first on this site? |
04 Nov 23 UTC | Congrats Russia... you betrayed me and France, but arranged to make a SOLO |
04 Nov 23 UTC | If you guys had seen the whole board, you might've insisted on moving Hol -> Kie and Gre -> Bul. I could've still tried to grind out a victory but it wouldn't be +4 on the last turn. FoW definitely made this a unique game |
04 Nov 23 UTC | GG all. Congrats @Russia. @Germany, I warned you about what would happen. Next time, maybe don't attack Austria as Germany early game. |
04 Nov 23 UTC | To be fair to Germany, I promised to help Germany by cutting Budapest but continually put it off for 4ish turns. I did have the need for Gal to support hold Rum, but really I just didn't want Germany across the stalemate line that early. I think it's an interesting strat for fog of war, other players won't necessarily know that you've committed fewer troops to the west. I went with a northern opening this game when I normally never do. I think it leaves Russia too weak in the south for no guarantee of Swe/Nor. This game I snagged Rum and the Nordics so my opening really paid off. Ruined England's game in the process (sorry England) but France is a much better ally for Russia anyway. |
