Autumn, 1901: I don't like the size of the spaces on the civil war map. It is a great map... I just wish I could see it more easily.

GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
