Autumn, 1860: I personally find it very stressfull if one side does not go to Kentucky. So many possible moves then! I'm glad I did a good guess here, sometimes I lost games with this guess.

GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
