At the start, I almost got eliminated and I really appreciate you letting me stay alive @Italy. When Japan sorta gave up I expanded pretty quickly, but I hoped we'd always stay friends. Hence I always left WIO open as a peace offering.
Also I though that drawing without eliminating anyone was a bit pointless, so I'm glad we made it down to 3. Good stalemate line you both made!

@England: I saw your good will for a friendly relationship but your fast strength after Japan's surrender makes me a bit nervous because you could just fight me or Russia. And I want a draw so I decided me for a stalemate line. Thanks France for letting me do that. I enjoyed our cooperation after we fought at the beginng.
