I think you got this one, gg I don't think I can come back from losing my homes SCs. I've played this map a few times and the biggest factor in my losses comes from being unable to keep my home SCs clear for builds.

GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
