11 Oct 21 UTC Autumn, 1885: GameMaster: Someone has taken over Austria replacing "Thanos8". Reconsider your alliances.
26 Oct 21 UTC Autumn, 1889: GameMaster: Germany voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
31 Oct 21 UTC Autumn, 1890: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
05 Nov 21 UTC Autumn, 1891: GOD (Moderator): Hello everyone, this game has been locked while an investigation into some of it’s players is ongoing. This is happening to prevent further manipulation of the game from happening, if any such behaviour is found.

The issue should be resolved in a matter of days, thank your for your patience and please excuse the inconvenience.
05 Nov 21 UTC Autumn, 1891: GameMaster: Attention! 2 players know each other in Real Life.
This is not an issue provided that: everybody plays the best game that they can, has no pre-set alliances with their friend, and communicates within the game environment while playing.
05 Nov 21 UTC Autumn, 1891: GOD (Moderator): The issue has been resolved, fairness is assured and the game can go on.

Thank your for your patience and good luck!

I'm sure I'm not the only one to forget this had a lower win threshold than 50...
Nearly everyone survived at least, well done China!
12 Nov 21 UTC Gg China, you deserved it.

@Germany, I was disgusted to see you were collaborating with the China-man to only quicken his solo, sigh

Well done China, I'm glad we stalemated in the east at the end, Singapore and Malaysia were sore points when that happened but timed perfectly, building armies was definitely the way to go for you.
I like 45 target actually as I think generally China would struggle to 50 - it may well have been on for you here regardless (getting to Scandinavia as China is rare!).

Commiserations to the people who fell in my immediate path that game, I basically just attacked without much wider thought. Some stalwart defences in there, I think pivotal as otherwise I may have got to 45 SCs first.
Thanks all
12 Nov 21 UTC GG everyone, amazed I got out alive
12 Nov 21 UTC GG all
Austria, I understand why you are upset but I think disgust is overstated. I was just trying to survive with as many SCs I could, the best chance of that in the last few years was to help China to 45 as soon as possible. There was no way to help you, who were attacking me. I'd do it aagain in that position, and I would hope you would in my position too, it's logical once the hope is lost to minimize the loss.
13 Nov 21 UTC @Germany, Disgust is definitely overstated, more like disappointed.

I personally think making a draw a possibly would be better than quickening the solo but alright.
13 Nov 21 UTC Fwiw there is no way I would have voted for a draw without cutting at least 5 more players, so Britain Germany Russia Turkey and Italy would have been cut.
In that time Holland would probably have soloed instead of me.
13 Nov 21 UTC Well at least a solo would have been deterred a couple years later if Germany wasn’t helping you around in Europe.
13 Nov 21 UTC Deferring the solo may have resulted in Germany being cut. I was gonna support China to Cairo if they hadn’t moved out of Mecca.

When you’re battling to survive in PPSC accelerating a solo makes sense.

If you don’t want that kind of Meta you should just play WTA
