GameMaster: France voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

If you take a country over, PLEASE PLAY WITH IT!!! Otherwise, leave the country for someone who will actually give a damn. And I'm emotional, because that happens way too often, not just based on this game.
GG, Soviets, your game was indeed great till the middle, but afterwards I can't say it was earned. However - a win is a win!

I agree. I think I could have taken it eventually without players being able to coordinate stalemate lines short of victory conditions, but Germany was a tad disappointing.

Russia, how do you explain that you registered the same day than Germany on vDiplomacy and that you played so many games together ? You collaborated immediately because you knew who was playing what. And he left suddenly to be replaced by a brand new account.
