08 Oct 20 UTC Spring, 657: GameMaster: Cornubia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
15 Oct 20 UTC Congrats, Agnaar.
Scotland stabs you one turn too late to make an impact.
15 Oct 20 UTC Congrats, Agnaar.
I stabbed you at the perfect time to share a victory representative of a highly effective, unspoken alliance that lasted the whole game until the very end, when grabbing a couple extra SCs makes a large impact without the possibility of retaliation.
15 Oct 20 UTC I couldn t understand why you were stabbing me now while you had better opportunities before and we were going to an easy duo victory : didn t see that the game was ending 660...I played that one very poorly all the way (except last turn may be starting to guess properly); it s a miracle i end up on top...Xildur is right Scotland : you re one turn late to have better chance to grab the lead. Trully appreciated our offensive work though. Thanks for the game guys.
15 Oct 20 UTC In hindsight I should have supported Liv - Lan and hopped into Liv. My thought process was to not bounce Liv so that I could sneak in, not realizing you could bounce yourself. Oversight. Great game though.
15 Oct 20 UTC Tactically I played that one pretty horribly; I managed to hold off the northern attack until it was relevant, but with a few better decisions I could have made my conquest of Cornubia better. It would probably have been better to stab in '57 to get a bigger share while Northumbria invaded, but then again, Mercia was my buffer zone against the N/S alliance
15 Oct 20 UTC I was surprised when you kept bouncing Cork rather than just taking Scillonia.
15 Oct 20 UTC I preferred to let Ireland live where they could force you to commit your units to contain their one fleet. And, of course, as soon as Cornubia was about to take it, I no longer had the ability to take it myself.
