This was my first 1066 game, and I went after both you AND france right out of the gate, and Despite my best efforts france just kept on taking my gound (also you have to remember I could only see like 6 territories. (were you able to see Trondheim on that last turn? You had no units adjacent to it.)

Haha my first game too, and I did what William would have done: ignore the Vikings and take his “rightful” throne. Good game all!
