GameMaster: Austria voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I wasn't gonna win this. I had a similar game right before, and I barely managed to win- and that was when France had a single fleet up north, and was weak in the med. I thought about it for a while, and you seem to be a pretty competent player as well, so I just concluded that there was no way I was gonna win. North was at worst going to have me kicked out, at best turn into a deadlock. I just don't see a way to win.
