20 Apr 20 UTC	Autumn, 1901: PRESS STATEMENT TO ALL NATIONS - as a result of appointing a 23 year super model to be Junior Minister with Responsibility for the Postal Service, a major administrative error left the Italian government unable to respond to recent communications from other heads of state. I would like to apologise for the lack of response and hope it isn't taken as a sign of disrespect. Normal sparkling and 100% honest diplomatic communications will resume upon the next turn. The minister responsible has been punished with a lifetime appointment to the Senate.
