Autumn, 1917: GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

GG. Tough fight for me with Italy and Russia. We stopped fighting for the right moment.
Everybody was draw voting except Germany. Look at that Germany for the next time.

GG. The England-Russia detente in Norway-StP was a huge help to me. France gave me fits in Spain/Portugal; well played. My only hope for non-stalemate was if Turkey kept fighting. I too didn't understand why why Germany didn't draw earlier.
