07 Dec 19 UTC	Spring, 2012: yeah this map is horribly balanced. Madagascar is also quite strong here but its not that much of a problem especially when morocco is that much better than everyone
07 Dec 19 UTC	Spring, 2012: mali is by far the worst. their expansion is extremely limited for two main reason. one being that Tim and Gao have units in them which forces them to have to dedicate two units to take one of them, and if they want 3 builds first year they just cant go that direction. the other being that they have no starting ports so if they want fleets they have to wait until at least year two. year one to control the ports, year two to move off the ports to allow builds. and for that second year they need to obviously have free builds which they will get a limited amount of considering the previous bit of Tim and Gao, along with often Nigerian or Moroccan pressure in the region as both of those places have fleets they can use to take away those ports mali needs.

07 Dec 19 UTC	Spring, 2012: I just came from the most unbalanced game I’ve ever seen. It’s an Italy map with 10 players, Venice is extremely Op, starting with 4 cores, lots of free land near them, and in a corner, and I started as Siena who has only 1 Core at the start and is surrounded on all sides

16 Jan 20 UTC	Spring, 2024: I think it likely I will hit the required SCs this year to take out the solo. Thankyou to my allies, former allies and rivals for a very entertaining diversion. I spent hours scratching my head trying to find the optimal moves and the best press to write. A special thanks to the Egyptian troops who bore the Saharan desert with alacrity. And an apology to those whom I lied and deceived to reach my goal. I think that's everybody except Ethie. Sorry guys. I am down for a rematch if you chaps are.
