12 Oct 19 UTC Spring, 1450: so each sea region, take ICS here in the top left for example, is composed of sea lanes and an overseer zone, ICS, ICSw, ICSne, and ICSse. the sea region has a large black border around it.

the overseer zone is the area in the box, where it says ICS. this zone borders all three sea lanes, ICSw, ICEne, ICSse, as well as anything the sea region itself borders, RYK, DNS, DNSn, FAE, FAEn, NWG, NWGnw, NWGne, BNT, BNTsw, BNTn. this means a unit in ICS can move to any of those places, and any of those places can move to ICS. basically think of it as the sea region itself, bordering anything the sea region touches.

the sea lanes are the smaller divisions, ICSw, ICSne, ICSse. each of these border all the sea lanes and overseer zones that they themselves touch. so ICSw can move to ICS, ICSne, ICSse, RYK, DNS, DNSn, FAE, FAEn, NWG, and NWGnw, and any of those can move to ICSw. however, ICSw can not move to places that border the ICS sea region that it doesn't border itself, NWGne, BNT, BNTsw, BNTn. oh, and in sea regions with 4 sea lanes you can move to the diagonal sea lane as well.
