GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Good game everyone, thanks for playing. Real race to the end there with Turkey. I was worried about tunis and munich for the last little while. I kept Italy and Russia alive to raise confusion, but it almost cost me. Cheers
