27 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: Probably supposed to be British. This map seems to have a bit of alternate history with Portugal/Brazil as one country and several colonies colored strangely |

27 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: Writing an essay about WW1 like: The Turkish-Russian Juggernaut alliance declared war on Austria-Hungary after the archduke attempted to move an army into Rumania in the fall of 1901, prompting Germany and England to strike a deal to capture Warsaw and St. Petersburg, |

28 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: What's the point of having tanks in The middle of the ocean? |
28 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: I think the tanks in the ocean is a great way of blunting japanese expansionism while ensuring the US takes a defensive position. Re French in Argentina, other historically questionable elements include England in Peru (Paddington Bear?) & Victoria ceceding from Australia, and New Zealand and Malaya lost from the British Commonwealth. |
28 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: And the Brits in the Congo too! One option on this map could’ve been combining Belgium & Holland (still 2 SCs in Europe) as a single Low Countries power, then given them the Congo, Indonesia & a random island or something in the Caribbean. Just a thought. But let’s play this as it is & work it out later. |
28 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: This variant is super imbalanced. Some would find that a problem but I think it is going to be interesting. |
28 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: Trust me to get little tiny Thailand :'( |
28 Apr 19 UTC | Spring, 1937: I always seem to get Britain or Germany on these types of maps. Lo and behold... |
