Autumn, 2002: GameMaster: Georgia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Thought we’d at least narrow the draw to 3, seeing as how a solo would easily be blocked and Russia’s position was unassailable given the lack of other fleets on the board. Oh well. Fun little variant, it’d be interesting with a transform option.
