18 Feb 19 UTC | Spring, 1905: It seems I'll pay high my lack of real experience on this map... But I will have learnt a lot at least :-) |
19 Feb 19 UTC | Spring, 1905: There are pay offs from position versus growth. The very nature of the map -synmetrical- makes it full of guesses too, not only those for next results, but also from longer term choices or even strategies. In spite of the high goal for solo, fortunately there are no possible stalemate lines. Let me ready them. .. |
27 Feb 19 UTC | Autumn, 1906: I learn a lot... These map is very interesting. |
06 Mar 19 UTC | Autumn, 1908: I think what happens in this map is that, in the growth versus position trade-off, it tilts more strongly towards position than other maps, due to the slow gains from buiding so far from the action |
06 Mar 19 UTC | It doesn't stop at 18 ? I destroyed 2 units ramdomly. I hold all my unts by the way. That's over. I told I had understood that map but I realize that not at all. It is subtile (much than just due to the fact it is symetrical). It is indeed a question of positining but also about + 2 years vision... Not simple. |
