Spring, 1899: GameMaster: France voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Good game everyone! My first Colonial game, and it was interesting to see how the different colonial armies made it very hard to coordinate among the European powers. Would be interested in a full press (or public press maybe) version of the game.
