GameMaster: NATO voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Sorry this map is just too confusing. I made 2 mistakes due to my inability to read the map. I couldn't see the border between greece and turkey and I couldn't see the border between korea and vladivostok. If I keep playing I will probably make more mistakes.
