GameMaster: Union voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Sorry for the early ending. I was almost certain that I was pretty close to losing my core build centers (or at least having to permanently occupy them), which would have basically knocked me out until you had captured enough of the board to claim victory.
