10 Aug 17 UTC | Spring, 1901: (TheWorldCouldBeSoDifferent): Just one to go, brilliant! |
10 Aug 17 UTC | Spring, 1901: (WilliamTC): looks like the same old map |
10 Aug 17 UTC | Spring, 1901: Man, it's been forever since I played this variant. Good luck all! |
10 Aug 17 UTC | Spring, 1901: Same here Russia, classics are the best though in my opinion. Good luck everyone, my obviously far superior skill is going to mean you need it! (In case you missed it that was sarcasm) |
10 Aug 17 UTC | Spring, 1901: Hi all. Looking forward to this... |
11 Aug 17 UTC | Autumn, 1901: ok, I agree with your plan |
11 Aug 17 UTC | Autumn, 1901: Thanks, I didn't know I had one though... Have you been saying things to lots of people eh? |
11 Aug 17 UTC | Autumn, 1901: lol, that message was for a different game. |
13 Aug 17 UTC | Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: NMR from Austria. Send the country in CD. |
13 Aug 17 UTC | Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: Missing orders for Autumn, 1901 (Builds) from a country with 2 or more SCs. Extending phase. The game will continue after this phase even if you do not find a replacement. |
24 Aug 17 UTC | Autumn, 1904: Ok y'all. The draw has been set as a three-way between Russia, France and Germany. I'm out and I know it. I'm not upset about it. That's the way it goes, often enough. I'd rather end with Survived than Defeated. So I'm content to foster a solo. Why should I enable a draw I'm not a part of? And what's with all the name-calling? Who's being immature here? This is tactic for an outcome I choose. It's that simple. If you don't like it and don't want to play with me in future games, ok, bye. Enjoy your games... |
24 Aug 17 UTC | Spring, 1905: I for one certainly won't join a game I see you are part of because you refuse to make a draw that involves you as I suggested. As I said we already worked out Russia is the main threat and have no interest in you. All you had to do was hold your line and we'd need you. We obviously wouldn't have attacked you because that would bring us down. Don't pretend this is a tactical choice because there was every opportunity to save it. Instead you act like an 8 year old and throw the game away for everyone else. If you don't like losing why play? It's people like you that ruin it for people like us. (If I was in Russias position, which I have been before and I did this, I would group together with everyone else to make sure you are beaten and then draw). You wonder why we called you childish? Something to do with the fact that's what you're being... |
07 Sep 17 UTC | Okay guys, how are we gonna even out the SC count? |
07 Sep 17 UTC | As long as we all intend to 3 way draw then we don't need to |
07 Sep 17 UTC | it's a ppsc game though, so we should try and split them up as evenly as possible |
07 Sep 17 UTC | PPSC doesn't work like that. It only splits points according to SC count in a solo, otherwise it's equal scoring. I don't know why we still have it here, it's a really idiotic scoring system. You often can get more points by deliberately losing to a solo than by drawing. |
07 Sep 17 UTC | True, I have done that 3 times. Got myself a second place by forcing a solo to get more points. I quite like the 2 different score systems as they bring in 2 types of play with different skill sets. But yes Russia is right, in a draw the points are split evenly regardless of WTA or PPSC. |
08 Sep 17 UTC | Gg all. |
08 Sep 17 UTC | Interesting game... Nice to see you survived Captainmeme, with 0 units. :-) Nice to see I have the same result as France. ;-) (I don't care about points, it's the Won, Drawn, etc I work for.) |
08 Sep 17 UTC | Worst type of victory possible for Germany there really. Involved no skill at all. England, if you count that as equal to me good for you, at least I gained VPoints and DPoints. |
