06 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: I think there are some aspects of tactics in this game that I need to explain to you. As well as providing support for an attacking unit, cutting support is equally important.
If our units are facing each other along a line, and yours out number mine, you should be able to win the encounter most of the time, through a mixture of giving and cutting support,
06 Jan 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: I should have mentioned this earlier. Never forgo taking supply centres in the first year. In a two player game it puts you at a disadvantage that you can never recover from. In a seven player game, by using diplomacy you can recover. But in a teo player game there is no one you can convince to help you.

06 Jan 16 UTC GameMaster: Austria voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
