GameMaster: Austria voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

If I built inland, I would have shifted my line to 3v2 you inland to counter Denmark, and just support moved into Naples to counter Tunis. Now, you have too many forces and can just crowd me out of Munich. :-(
