08 Nov 12 UTC | Spring, 1901: Make me take the Red side eh? Trying to throw me off or what? ;-) Good luck. Also, before I join the others - I often am not on within 24 hours on the weekends. I have a smart phone and CAN enter orders with it but would prefer not to for this tournament. I will join the FVA games but not the GVI right now. It would be too much for this weekend. |
08 Nov 12 UTC | Spring, 1901: I wasn't trying to mess you up, I get confused by these names... but hey... if it messes with your mind. Sure. :) The join time for the GvI games was set to 10 days, so no problem. As for weekends, Just let me know if you need an extend. Give me some chance to see it, but I do check this site very regularly. |
08 Nov 12 UTC | Spring, 1901: I should be OK most of the time, but I will do my best to let you know. Also, as another fyi - I live in EST. It's 14:45 at the moment. I work during the day (right now!) but will usually be able to put orders in pretty frequently on weekdays. |
08 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1901: I'm in central zone, and play whenever I am awake. |
09 Nov 12 UTC | Spring, 1905: GameMaster: Red voted for a Extend. If 2/3 of the active players vote Extend the the current phase will be extend by 4 days. Please consider backing this. If the majority is not reached by "Spring, 1906" the votes will be cleared. |
09 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1905: GameMaster: Per 2/3 majority vote the gamephase got extended by 4 days. (Voters: Green / Red) |
12 Nov 12 UTC | Spring, 1907: I find this variant so tough. I like it, though. Actually takes me the whole time to figure out my orders mostly. Always thinking about this one. |
13 Nov 12 UTC | Spring, 1907: I used to like it. But it is starting to annoy me. And I agree, it is tough. |
15 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1908: I got you right where I want you now. :) |
16 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1908: btw, that was a joke... You seem to be outguessing me every time. |
16 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1908: lol, yeah I figured. I am doing better in this game, wish they all went this way |
18 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1910: extend please? Hopefully I don't need it. But I am very drunk right now and in no shape to enter orders. |
18 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1910: GameMaster: Red voted for a Extend. If 2/3 of the active players vote Extend the the current phase will be extend by 4 days. Please consider backing this. If the majority is not reached by "Autumn, 1911" the votes will be cleared. |
18 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1910: GameMaster: Per 2/3 majority vote the gamephase got extended by 4 days. (Voters: Red / Green) |
18 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1910: things are getting crazy out here, |
18 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1910: Yeah, It's getting messed up. Once all the neutrals are gone, getting to 19 is pretty difficult for both players. I am predicting a draw on this one. |
21 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1911: Now that I am in the lead, it is tempting for me to want to battle on, but my experience with this variant is that, when the game gets to this point, lead changes become common. We can change leads several times before calling a draw, or we can call it now. What do you think? |
21 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1911: GameMaster: Green voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
21 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1911: I've been thinking about that. And looking at our SCs I should accept, but why do you propose it when you have the apparent advantage? |
21 Nov 12 UTC | Autumn, 1911: Also, nice move in SWM i thought about it but figured the chances of you opting for that were tiny. Looks like I was wrong. |
