I really recommend to read it (or at least the introduction and the part about your country), it's a very very nice guide! Each time I find this PDF in my files on my computer, I want to start a game on this variant..

19 Nov 23 UTC	Autumn, 1905: When Austria-Hungary and me were allied against Russia, I helped Austria-Hungary to get Sevastopol. When I was allied with you against France, I supported you to Paris. Now I am allied with France against you, and I helped him to get back two centers. I don't see why I should be the bad guy. Also I am personally not planning to draw with 6 players. If more are eliminated, maybe this option can be considered however.
