13 Jun 23 UTC | Spring, 1901: Info: This is a choose your country game. |
03 Jul 23 UTC | Autumn, 1909: GameMaster: Austria voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has. |
11 Jul 23 UTC | Spring, 1912: GameMaster: Someone has taken over Germany replacing "Stones001". Reconsider your alliances. |
19 Jul 23 UTC | Nice job England … wish Turk has not kept attacking me in the final years as it was WTA |
19 Jul 23 UTC | Not really sure what else I could have done - pushing north for Turkey isn't easy once Moscow is hold supported, and you did early on take Bulgaria off me! |
19 Jul 23 UTC | early game stuff should become ancient history when trying to stop a solo, but ok |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Gotta acknowledge that I folded to England early on and thus heavily contributed to the solo. |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Yeah gotta agree with Austria here. Doesn't matter what happened at the start, you gotta try to at least stop a solo. |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Gg to all. Thanks to Germany for facilitating the last run. |
20 Jul 23 UTC | You’re welcome. Was fun. Seems that previous Germany didn’t see what was coming and set up a defence in time. |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Together with Germany ( ex) we managed to be neutral and even to occasionally help each other. Therefore when he stopped playing for some turns I refrained from attacking. Obviously you took an other approach which was understandable. |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Only option was to counter a solo |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Duo might have been in he cards |
20 Jul 23 UTC | Not from when I joined, you were going for solo then :-) |
20 Jul 23 UTC | I'm not sure Austria that were able to (and, in fact, you didn't) do much to push back on England - so I'm not clear how my attacking you enabled England to succeed. All that really did was shift units from you to me. If you'd been actively attacking England I would have some sympathy for what you said. At least I took and held Sevastopol once Russia started to crumble preventing England taking it. Neither you nor Germany did much (anything?) to prevent Warsaw falling to England, for example. |
