12 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1960: GameMaster: Please remember that negotiations before the game begins are not allowed.
12 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1960: Info: This is a choose your country game.
14 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1961: Hmm. Hating my position other game. A little better here...
you should have played me first round. Never played variant before. I was awful!
14 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1961: Actually it was worse than that. Had never played a two player variant. Didn’t know it’s all about defending/taking already owned territories. Empty SCs less important. I went grabbing the neutrals and got killed. Haha
15 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1962: Good game!
17 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1963: I have no memory of entering builds here. Must have been drunk! Why in NY, surely London. May cost me the game but we shall see. Makes up for your input error in other game
20 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1964: Argh!! Arabian Sea moves to Indian Ocean!! Not India. Comedy of errors
22 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1965: 1-0 to you i think...
22 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1965: Getting blown out of North Sea was unexpected. Good move. Can’t decide disband or retreat...
23 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1966: Bold guess, Tunis to west med. thought you had to love Libya for safety. I needed Paris in exchange for Brazil, took a gamble and lost
23 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1966: Again your coin made the right choice.
23 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1966: I feel like we are way over the average game
Length for this variant. And still chances for both sides to win
23 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1966: I feel like we are way over the average game
Length for this variant. And still chances for both sides to win
23 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1966: Variant says average “turns” is 7. Is that 3.5 years (excluding retreat/build?). We are at 7 years
24 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1967: You took Paris but you lost North sea again.
24 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1967: Unavoidable. I’m struggling here. Looks like 1-1
24 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1967: Do you understand what's happening in WWII tournament? In my game first YCHTT and now Argentinian Empire are slowing the game. YCHTT starts slowing when his position turns bad (he'll disappear in one or two turns) and AE is delaying the game of 5 days (his position is lost too because I'll reach 45 in one or two years) to stop my inarrestable advance.
24 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1967: There's a malformed problem in the other game. Shfinkle played some dumb stuff, which is annoying but fine. Then has been NMR. It was an obvious 3 way draw with me 2nd place. Now it's an almost certain Russia solo. Undeserved. I suggested a pause there to sort it out. No need to pause your game
24 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1967: "Major" problem. Not "malformed"
24 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1967: If it was one game it would be fine too. But can't have a tournament with a rogue player messing it up. Going to make the next 4 games pointless
