Autumn, 1960: Yeah the map is hard to read. I’ve played this variant exactly once and got destroyed because of it (to be fair, my opponent’s excellent play may have had something to do with it as well.

GameMaster: NATO voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
