| 05 Oct 17 UTC | thanks. was a very intense game. had some fuckups along the way (one by not rechecking orders, some by making wrong calls) resulting in no builds and enemy units behind my lines. took me a while to stabilize. once i got to black sea, turkey was on his way out. saw france as my main competition, so i had to align with germany to prevent him from falling (and of course to fix my own probs), though at some point i realized blue might have some problems of his own. well done austia for settling in italy :) |
| 05 Oct 17 UTC | Spent far, far too long making zero progress. Constantly bouncing with England and eventually doing absolutely nothing with Austria in Italy. Definitely too much to recover from. I think the realization from the map (draw votes) that Russia was inches from a solo was too late as well. |

| 05 Oct 17 UTC | Congrats Russia wp. I was in a sandwich position between two countries which are playing for the victory. I did a big fault as well. The convoy to Yorkshire wasnt a good idea with a terrible timing as Russia moves in this moment to Silesia. And France used my bad defence instant. Good fight France. Good cooperation later England. I liked that. GG! |

And yeah, first time I got to convoy another player on FoW Gunboat, so that's certainly something. I didn't have a huge amount of info, I just had to assume France was stronger than Germany so I was happy to work with you. Germany's and Russia's start was pretty anti-English so there wasn't much I could've done about the end result other than pray for my survival. |
