28 Jun 11 UTC | 1555: hmm, never been france before good luck all! |
29 Jun 11 UTC | 1555: Can we pause from Sunday to Thursday? |
29 Jun 11 UTC | 1555: Fine with me. |
29 Jun 11 UTC | 1565: General question: In provinces where a river crosses through said province, can the army cross the river? A few such provinces are Bentheim, Ammerland, Utrecht, and Siegerland. |
29 Jun 11 UTC | 1565: I think not. For Instance if you went from LIN to EMS to BEN, then from BEN you could go NOO or COE. But if you entered BEN from NBO, you could go TWE or SAL. |
29 Jun 11 UTC | 1565: That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. I'll find out for certain next turn. Thanks! |
30 Jun 11 UTC | 1565: see the provinces with the two little lines in them? those are bridges and armies can only cross rivers from the there like from COE to SAL |
30 Jun 11 UTC | 1570: Yes, I'm aware of that. I was wondering if the rivers blocked movement from, for example. Bentheim to Twenthe, if I enter Bentheim from Emsland. Or Siegerland into Berg, when the army came from south of the river. |
30 Jun 11 UTC | 1570: oh, i see it only blocks movement if the river forms a border between 2 provinces, not if it flows through the middle |
30 Jun 11 UTC | 1570: Yeah, looking at the map I should have seen that the move to the Veluwe from Nijmegen was legal. Alright, thanks! |
03 Jul 11 UTC | 1580: so we pausing? |
25 Jul 11 UTC | 1640: Ugh, sorry guys. I was gorked out on meds for my wisdom teeth removal. My apologies. |
28 Jul 11 UTC | 1655: Damn, I was counting on the fact that the rivers would hold you to the west. I forgot that fleets can move along them. I'm outmatched. |
28 Jul 11 UTC | 1660: Yes it can be confusing. I wasn't totally sure. |
28 Jul 11 UTC | 1660: Is there any way I can be included in the draw, or will I have to make you fight for every step you take? |
09 Aug 11 UTC | good game guys |
