16 Jan 13 UTC | Spring, 1901: The rules: you can have one army/fleet for every supply center (those dots on the map) to conquer a supply center, an army/fleet of yours has to be on it for one or more complete turns if two armies move into one spot, they will both bounce back if one army supports another into a tile, it will push out anyone contesting an army can move across the water if you have a fleet there, its convoying whichever army has more strength (support) behind it, will win in a battle. armies dont get destroyed unless you lose a supply center |
